arlier today CD Projekt RED added a Regional Console Language support guide. Oddly enough, North America won't have Spanish VO support although it is the second most spoken language in the United States. Along with Portuguese not support in Portugal. These are the languages that install right off the bat with the game.
Although, if we can recall The Witcher 3, additional languages should be available on the platform store for users to be able to choose what language and text they'd like from any of the supported formats globally. So fret too not if you don't see your desired language on this list in your region.
