One Appears to be a Member of the 6th Street Gang exiting a vehicle, surrounded by towering Buildings with this wonderful Magenta Hue bouncing off of the walls behind him. While the other screenshot looks to show a Meditating, Heavily Augmented Man. It appears as if he could possibly be in the Arasaka Headquarters at the beginning of the Corpo Playthrough.
